Directions to Boston Millennia Partners:
Boston Millennia Partners' office is located in Boston's financial district on the
edge of Boston Harbor at Rowes Wharf. Rowes Wharf is an active gateway to and from
Boston Harbor with ferries servicing the surrounding communities. The Rowes Wharf
complex is comprised of several large red brick buildings, one with a large arch
in the middle with a beautiful rotunda. If you are standing under the rotunda facing
the water, the Boston Harbor Hotel will be on your right and our entrance will be
directly to the left. The entrance for parking associated with our building is just
after the arch. This is 30 Rowes Wharf and we are on the 5th floor.
From The North
Take Route I-93 South to Exit 23 for Purchase St. As you take the exit, stay in
the left hand lane and take a left at the traffic light at the end of the exit.
Turn left again immediately onto Atlantic Avenue being careful to stay right on
Atlantic Avenue and not go down the entrance to the tunnel on your left. Proceed
for about one block and you will see the Boston Harbor Hotel on your right (it is
a red building with a large archway in the middle). Just past the hotel there is
an underground parking garage on your right. Boston Millennia Partners is located
in this building at 30 Rowes Wharf, Suite 500.
From The South
Route I-93 North to Exit 20 (I-90 East & West/South Station/South Boston). Follow
signs to South Station/Downtown. Once at Atlantic Avenue go through several traffic
lights on Atlantic Avenue (which is one-way). You will see the Boston Harbor Hotel
on your right (it is a red building with a large archway in the middle). Just past
the hotel there is an underground parking garage on your right. Boston Millennia
Partners is located in this building at 30 Rowes Wharf, Suite 500.
From The West
Follow the Mass. Pike/Route I-90 to Exit 24a to South Station. Then follow Atlantic
Avenue (which is one-way) through several traffic lights to the Boston Harbor Hotel
which is on Rowes Wharf on the right side of Atlantic Avenue. Just past the hotel
there is an underground parking garage on your right. Boston Millennia Partners
is located in this building at 30 Rowes Wharf, Suite 500.
An alternate route is to follow the Mass. Pike/Route I-90 East to Exit 25 for South
Boston. Proceed to the second traffic light and turn left onto Seaport Boulevard.
Proceed straight ahead to the Moakley Bridge. After crossing the bridge, take a
right onto Atlantic Avenue. You will see the Boston Harbor Hotel on your right (it
is a red building with a large archway in the middle). Just past the hotel there
is an underground parking garage on your right. Boston Millennia Partners is located

From Northwestern Suburbs And Rte 2
Follow signs for Routes 2 & 3 to Memorial Drive along the Cambridge side of
the Charles River (by the Mount Auburn Hospital). The Charles River will be on your
right). Continue on Memorial Drive and turn right at the first light (by Harvard's
Kennedy School of Government) Cross the river and then turn left onto Storrow Drive
heading East along the Boston side of the river (river on your left). Follow Storrow
Drive to the end and get onto Route I-93 South. Take Exit 23 for Purchase Street.
As you take the exit, stay in the left hand lane and take a left at the traffic
light at the end of the exit. Turn left again immediately onto Atlantic Avenue being
careful to stay right on Atlantic Avenue and not go down the entrance to the tunnel

From Logan Airport
Follow the signs in the airport to the Ted Williams Tunnel/Route I-90 West. Enter
the tunnel and take Exit 25 for South Boston. Go to the second traffic light and
turn left onto Seaport Boulevard. Follow this over the Moakley Bridge. After crossing
the bridge turn right onto Atlantic Avenue and the Boston Harbor Hotel will be on
the right almost immediately after this turn. Boston Millennia Partners is located
in the same large building as the hotel within the large arch. Please follow the
signs for parking located beneath the building. We are at 30 Rowes Wharf, Suite
500.
